Platinum Speed Clear is a fast dry urethane clear designed for quick repairs where speed is essential.
Platinum Speed Clear dries out of dust in as little as 10 minutes and can be lightly polished the same day.
Platinum Speed Clear is an easy-to-apply, high gloss Acrylic Urethane System with excellent durability that matches OEM basecoat/clearcoat.
Components:
PBSC-41 (Clear Coat)Mixing Ratio: 4:1 Mix four (4) parts PBSC-41 Clearcoat to one (1) part selected hardener
RECOATABILITY: Platinum Speed Clear can be recoated with itself at any stage. Sanding will become
necessary after 12 hours.
SPRAYING VISCOSITY: 14–16 sec. For Cup #4 at (25°C)
POT LIFE: 5hours at 25°C(75°F) using Platinum Speed Activate
Ready to Spray VOC(4:1)
Theoretical VOC: 620 g/l ready to spray mixture.
DRYING SCHEDULE :
Dry times are based on the recommended dry film thickness of 40∼60㎛ ; thicker films will extend drying times.
