Suggested Uses:
Perfect as a wet-on-wet sealer or full-bodied sandable primer where filling and excellent surface preparation are needed. Best when minimal shrinkage, top-tier sandability, holdout, and high productivity are priorities.
Application Details:
- Apply 1–3 medium wet coats, flash 10–20 minutes between coats
- Recommended equipment:
- HVLP Gravity Feed: 1.4–1.7mm tip/needle
- Pressure Pot HVLP: 1.0–1.2mm tip/needle
- Air Assist Airless: 1.0–1.2mm tip/needle
Dry Times (at 68°F / 20°C):
- Dust Free: 10 minutes
- Dry to Touch: 20 minutes
- Dry to Sand: 1 hour per coat
- Force Dry: 20 minutes at 140°F (60°C) – sand before topcoating
