️ STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION GUIDE

1. Surface Preparation

• Wash thoroughly with soap and water
• Clean with wax & grease remover
• Sand surface with 150–220 grit
• Re-clean using pre-paint cleaner

2. Mix the Product

• Mix 4 parts Primer : 1 part Hardener
• Optional: Add reducer (up to 1 part if needed)
• Mix thoroughly (DO NOT shake)

3. Apply Primer

• Apply 2–3 wet coats
• Spray settings:
  • 40–50 PSI (conventional)
  • 20–30 PSI (HVLP)
• Allow 10–15 min flash time between coats

4. Dry Time

• Air dry approximately 1 hour @ 70°F before sanding

5. Sanding

• Sand with 400–800 grit (wet or dry)
• Clean surface before topcoat

6. Optional Sealer Use

• Reduce mixed primer 10–15% with urethane reducer to use as a sealer
