Components:

Mixing Ratio: 4:1 Mix four parts PBC-41 Clearcoat to one part selected hardener.

Pot Life: 2 hours at 68°F (20°C)

Application: Apply two to three medium wet coats, allowing 7-10 minutes flash between coats.

Dry Times:

• Dust Free: 30 minutes at 68°F (20°C)
• Tack Free: 15 - 20 minutes at 68°F (20°C)
• Sand & Polish: 12 - 24 hours at 68°F (20°C)
• Force Dry: 15-minute flash, 40 minutes at 140°F (60°C)

Coverage:

• 388.49 square feet per gallon at 100% transfer efficiency, at 50 microns (2 mils)
• 36.06 square meters per gallon at 100% efficiency, at 50 microns (2 mils)

Repainting: After 24 hours at 68°F (20°C). Sanding is recommended for best adhesion.

Storage Stability: One year for A (clear) component, 6 months for B (Hardener) component in a closed package, stored in a cool and dry place, away from any heat source
