Mixing Instructions: Mix 1 part primer with 1 to 1-½ parts VOC-compliant lacquer thinner (for best results, use a quality medium to fast reducer). Mix thoroughly – do not shake.

Application Instructions:

1. Wash surface with soap and water, then wipe with quality wax & grease remover.
2. Sand with 180-220 grit and re-clean.
3. Treat bare metal appropriately (e.g., epoxy or self-etch primer first).
4. Spray 2-3 wet coats at 40-50 psi (or 6-10 psi HVLP) with 10-15 minutes flash time between coats.
5. Allow 45-60 minutes dry time @ 77°F before sanding.
