Application Guidelines:
- Mixing: Thoroughly mix at a 4:1 ratio with your chosen hardener (4 parts clear to 1 part hardener). Pot life is 2 hours at 68°F, giving you plenty of working time.
- Application: Apply 2-3 medium wet coats, allowing 7-10 minutes flash time between each coat.
- Equipment: Use an HVLP gravity feed gun with a 1.3-1.5mm tip for optimal results.
- Dry Times (at 68°F): Dust-free in 30 minutes; tack-free in 15-20 minutes; ready to sand/polish in 12-24 hours.
- Force Dry Option: After a 15-minute flash, bake for 40 minutes at 140°F.
- Coverage: Up to 388 sq ft per gallon at 2 mils thickness.
